  2. Hello sir, I really want to cope up with my anxiety and stress during studying, and increase the quality of studying rather than increasing the time period. Can you help me do so?

    1. Hello Sanya, here I will not talk about the quality of study but the quality of work. Any task or work you do with how much involvement?. Full involvement is necessary for any work. When you feel anxiety or stress, remember and focus on your breath, and breath with calm. Because any anxiety or stress comes from your thoughts in your mind. So simply understand this that mind and your thoughts are responsible for this and you should avoid thoughts which makes you stressed. And start thinking positively about yourself as well as for others. Break your habit patterns like late night sleeping etc and don’t give up instead accept the challenges with the positive attitude. And you should add practices in your daily life such as sports activities, reading books etc. Stay happy, make others happy too and Be positive. All the best.
