In case if you forgot your password or username then you will have to follow the below-mentioned steps.
Make sure your email ID (used while registration) is active and you are logged in, also your phone no. (given in the registration form) is also active and you have it.
Steps to recover army profile password
- In the ‘JCO/OR Apply/Login’ page click on the link ‘forgot password?’ (right below the captcha inserting option)
- In the new page that will open, enter your registered email ID, and then click on the ‘send password’ option.
- Then visit your e-mail ID and check your inbox, open the mail that you will get from the Indian army web portal, and copy or note the code given in that mail.
- Now come back and enter the code you received, and you will be able to access your ID again. Now you will need to change/make a new password, and note your username and password somewhere so that you don’t forget them again.

How to recover username: on the login page, there is a link as “forgot user name” click on it. in the new page you will be asked to enter your registered mobile number, and matriculation/10th certificate No. Fill in the details and click submit. Your user name will be sent on your mobile no.
How to recover password: again on the login page, there is a link as “forgot password” click on it. A new page will open where you will be asked to enter your username, date of birth & matriculation/10th certificate No, Or you can just enter the registered mobile no. and a you will receive a link to set new password on your mobile or email it whichever you have provided.
Sir i filled up the form on 01/09/2019 from Manipur rally, i checked the the last date of submission it was still saying submitted. My problem is that when i am trying to take out the physical admit card then it is saying cancelled on date 30/09/2019. Sir, i didn’t cancelled the form. What should i do now?

hello sir again its me junalson , there is two problem with me 1 is i have little knock knee they are straight leg . 2nd is i have been biten by a dog in my right leg that time i was 12year old and i got full vaccine treatment that time now i have a scar but my leg is fine now , would they diqualify me or not … if they ask question about me am willing to tell the truth… indian army is my dream since i was a kid 7year old always wanted to serve the country indian army
You must tell the truth in order to join the Indian Army. And there is no problem with the scars. You can apply for the Indian Army
Sir , my name is junalson , am a average smoker , since i heard noticed that indian army has recruite new member in 3rd of march till 16 of april , i apply it on 15 april and i have stop smoking in that time i registered online , so the only thing am afraid of, is when medical testing me if they found that am a smoking person will they disqualified me or not cause i have stop smoking
If you will discontinue smoking then there is no problem. But if you still smoking then there are chances of disqualify.
