If you want to join the Indian Army then you can go for you should at least Matric / 10th / SSLC or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate and a minimum of 33% marks in each subject. If you fall under all the qualifications provided by the Indian army then go ahead and apply for it. Also, you have NCC so if you are able to get its ‘C’ certificate then you only need to clear the physical & medical exams, as you don’t have to give the written test. We are sure you can be an Indian Army Officer in the future.

it’s hard to top in class, and your dream is to top the whole UP board, then you got to work really really hard. You must keep just your goal and dream in your mind, and not waste a single minute in the day. If you have not completed your syllabus already, then you every day from now will be precious for you.
Your first target should be to complete the syllabus as soon as possible so that you could get more time to revise and practice. You must plan each of your day very carefully and preciously, and moreover try to execute your plan for the day. But, don’t forget to take some leisure time out to refresh your brain. The best way to refresh your brain is to meditate.
Reduce your sleep quota, 5 hours of sleep is more than enough for a healthy human being, but make sure to have a quality sleep in those 5 hours. Spend less time in carrying out daily activity and save as much time as you can, and invest it on your study.
Take the hardship now, and your will enjoy later All the best for your dreams.

One can not switch boards in class 10th as your details for board are sent in class 9th. And since you are from different board, therefore you can not take admission in CBSE board.

Yes you can apply for Army Soldier Tradesman as it required minimum 10th pass.

If you have the domicile or other residence prof of Delhi, then you can apply for army bharti from Delhi.
