How To Join Indian Army Sepoy Pharma Eligibility And Qualifications

To Join the Indian army as a Sepoy pharma, candidates must have met the eligibility criteria such as physical requirements, educational, and medical qualifications.

Educational Qualification:
To apply for Sepoy Pharma (Sol Pharma) candidates must have 12th (Intermediate) passed and must have done D Pharma with minimum 55% overall marks. Or after the 12th passed candidates must have done B Pharma with a minimum 50% aggregate. And also, aspirants should have registered with the State Pharmacy Council Or Pharmacy Council of India.

Nationality:
According to the defense ministry of the government of India, Candidates having the nationality of Indian can join Indian Army Sepoy Pharma.

Age Limit – Required Age
Currently age limit for Sepoy Pharma in the Indian army is 19 years to 27 years.

Marital Status
In Sepoy Pharma, both married and unmarried candidates are eligible but there is a condition for candidates below 21 years age. Indian Army will allow only unmarried for candidates having age below 21 years. In a special case if a candidate is below 21 years and married to the window of the deceased brother can be considered by Recruitment staff.

Tattoo Rules
Candidates who have permanent body tattoos on the inner side of the forearm are eligible. i.e., from inside of elbow to the wrist. And on the back side of the palm (hand). Candidates who have permanent body tattoos on any other parts of the body will not be permitted and those candidates will be rejected from the selection process of Sepoy Pharma in the Indian army.

Indian Army Sepoy Pharma – Physical Eligibility & Standards

In Sepoy Pharma, three major physical standards are required in order to meet the physical eligibility which is height, weight, and chest.

• The Height required for Sepoy pharma is 165cm (centimeters). And there is Relaxation of 2cm for candidates in a special case (given in the table below).
• The Weight required for Sepoy Pharma is 50 Kg (Kilogram). and there is a relaxation of 2kg and 5kg for candidates in special cases (given in the table below).
• The Chest measurement required for Sepoy Pharma is 77cm (centimeters) and 5cm expansion. And the relaxation of 1cm and 3cm is given for candidates in special categories (given in the table below).

Important Notes for Sports candidates
Note: Candidates (Sportsmen) who have played games at the International level or at National level within previous two years of Recruitment are eligible for physical relaxation even if they don’t get Ist or IInd position in the game. And also, they will get extra marks (bonus) in the Written Exam of Sepoy Pharma (CEE or common Entrance Examination).

Note: Candidates (Sportsmen) who have played games at state level or played through university/college or regional at district level within the previous two year of recruitment notice and have got Ist or IInd position will be eligible for physical relaxation and also will get the extra bonus marks in the written exam of Sepoy Pharma (CEE).

Sportsmen should note that sports certificate should have the registration number and certificate from Government authorized sports Institution.

Indian Army Sepoy Pharma Selection Process (Bharti Details)

Here are the steps, candidates have to follow in order to join Indian army as a Sepoy Pharma. Read and follow these steps of the selection process.

Sepoy Pharma – Registration & Form Filling

This is the initial step. First, candidates have to register online on the official website of the Indian army (joinindianarmy.nic.in). And after completing the registration, candidates have to fill up the online form for Sepoy Pharma.

Candidates should have their important documents at the time of filling the online form such as Education certificates, Birth certificate, sports certificate, photographs, etc. After filling the required details on the form, submit the form. Now, After filling the form, wait for the admit card of Sepoy Pharma which includes the general information of recruitment date and venue. when you get the admit card, you can download and take the printout of it.

Sepoy Pharma – Physical Test (PFT)

In the Physical Fitness Test of Sepoy Pharma Bharti, there are four major tests which are: Running, Beam (Pull Ups), Jumping, and Zig-Zag Balance. Out of these four tests, Running is the most important and candidates should have their excellent performance in Running.

Running Test For Sepoy Pharma in the Indian Army, the running test is of 1.6 KM (Kilometers) Run in two Groups.
The eligibility criteria for the Running test is:

• Up to 5 Minutes 20 seconds for Group – Ist
• 5 Minutes 31 seconds to 5 Minutes 45 seconds for Group – IInd

Marks for Group – Ist is 60 Marks and Marks for Group – IInd is 48 Marks. This is why running is most important for the Indian army recruitment and open bharti rally.

Beam (Pull Ups) While Pull-Ups, candidates should note that the Arms & legs should be Straight and their feets joined with toes pointing down to the Earth.

Jumping and Balancing are the two physical test in which candidates should have qualify only. There will be no marks added for these two physical tests. Candidates should qualify the Jumping of 9 Feet Ditch and qualify the Zig-Zag Balancing in the physical fitness test of Sepoy Pharma.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT) In this test, the required physical standards will be measured which are mentioned above in the physical eligibility section. The physical standards which will be examined in the physical measurement test are Height, Weight, and Chest.

Sepoy Pharma – Medical Test

The medical test for Sepoy Pharma is carried out on specific dates given by the Medical test team at the recruitment rally site. The candidates who will found UNFIT (medically) at the recruitment rally site, they will be reported to concern medical specialists at the concerned hospital along with the necessary documents and photographs.

Candidates should note that the medical test review will be carried out on the dates given to them. If there is 180 days or more time lapse between medical screening test at recruitment rally and despatch, the medical test will be carried out again and UNFIT candidates in this medial review will be rejected.

Sepoy Pharma – Written Exam (Common Entrance Exam/CEE)

After the Medical examination, the last test or Exam for Sepoy Pharma is the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) or Written exam. The candidates who will pass the medical test, only those candidates will be selected for the written exam (CEE). The written exam will be conducted by the Army Recruiting Office.

Documents Required for Sepoy Pharma

Candidates who are going to appear for Sepoy Pharma recruitment must have the required documents and certificates list below. The documents should be well organized and properly arranged. Along with these documents, there should be two sets of Xerox copy (Photocopy) of each document and the photocopy documents should be attested by the Gazetted Officer with his name and stamp in English.
The following documents/certificate must be brought by the candidates at Sepoy Pharma Bharti (Recruitment) Rally.

2. Photographs 50 copies of latest Coloured 34mm x 45mm passport size photographs. The candidate’s Name and Date of Birth should be mentioned on the bottom of photographs of the candidate. The Photographs should be without Beard and should be neat and clean light colored background. In the photograph, the candidate should have the plain/light colored shirt. Note that edited or photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted and will be REJECTED.
