# Tips for PST

Since PST include height, weight and chest, therefore it’s impossible to get them right in 1 month or so. One need to put long time dedication and hard work to improve them. Height is mostly genetics, therefore there is not much you can do about it, but still doing stretches and other exercises can help gain height. Here are some points that can help you in PST:

  • Stretching is a good option for increasing height but you can do more things like skipping, pull ups and running and most important thing your diet, it  will help you effectively.

If you have decided that you are going for running than just go for it don’t procrastinate. There is no best time for running, but nevertheless you can go in the morning because there is a lot of positive energy  and you feel good and motivated too. Place your shotput near neck under your jaw part, shift your elbow parallel to ground and your palm pointing to throwing direction.
