I am in class 12 please help me. Should i solve sample paper? or previous year paper(out side Delhi)? and also differentiate between them.

    1. Hello Ketan,
If you have time, then i will suggest you to solve both sample and previous year papers. But if time is short, then to my personal experience, you should solve previous year papers.

Sample papers are made based on personal judgement of teachers on what type of questions may come in paper, whereas previous year papers as the name suggests are papers of passed years board exams.

  6. Sir I want to solve previous year questions of class 12h of physics, chemistry and math. Please provide me the link to download the previous year question papers.

I am in 12th and I want to score good marks in my board exams. Suggest me a good book. I am confused whether to study only from NCERT or to refer more books like Pradeep publications. Please help me.

    1. Hi Ambika.
For all the students who wants to score good marks in 12th board exam the most recommended book is NCERT. At first you should complete your syllabus from NCERT book. And remember you must practice all the questions and clear all your basic concepts. Once you are confident that you have mastered over NCERT you can study from other reference books also. In case you are preparing for any competitive exam then it is important that you also study from other books because the difficulty level of questions in board exam and competitive exam is different. Keep yourself focused and dedicated and you will score good marks for sure.

  10. Hi mam. I am in 12th this year, please give me some tips on how I can achieve +95% so that I can go for IIT. Mam my Maths and Physics subjects are good but I have problem in my chemistry please help me.

    1. Hi Randeep.
As, you have mentioned that you look forward to crack JEE exam and join IIT so, for that you must be really good in all the 3 subjects(PCM). Chemistry is subject in which you have to remember a lot like all the reactions, formulas etc so, it is important that whether it organic, inorganic or physical chemistry while studying always make your own notes means writing down all the important things. This will help you a lot not only in remembering all the things but during your exams also as, you will have your own notes to study from. Next thing is regular study. With daily practice you can master any subject. Set a time table and follow it strictly. Try to give chemistry a little a extra time. And the most important thing above all is revision. Remember whatever you study if you don’t want to forget it in the examination hall so regular revision. NCERT books are most recommended to all those students who aim to score good marks in board exam. But for IIT preparation you will have consider reference books also. Keep your basic concepts clear. Keep working hard and you will score good marks for sure.

I am giving my cbse board exam 2017 these days . I had done my English exam well. but my physics exam went very very bad. I could only pass in that subject. I am very stressed because of this and not able to focus on my upcoming exams. I have pressure of my parents and relatives to get 90% . because of all this I am feeling very low.can I get 90% in boards now also.? I have 6th subject also. is their any solution?

    1. Prof. Divyanshi Sharma

Hi Sakshi. Don’t worry. You can still get 90% as an aggregate percentage. But, it is not very necessary to score 90%. Yes believe me, it will hardly make any difference in future that whether you have got 80% or 90% in your 12th boards.
So, don’t get stressed and moreover, don’t listen to others. Have confidence on your own being. Do well in other exams. All the best.
