- Visit the PAO GREF official site (paogref.nic.in)
- For desktop users, From the header section click on “New Registration” and select “Personal User”.
- For Mobile users, Click on the Navigation bar on the top-right side and select New Registration and click on Personal User.
- Scroll down and Fill up details in the User Registration form.
- Enter your 8 digits Gref Number (E.g. GS168233)
- Enter Your Date of Birth (Year-Month-Day, E.g. 1982-07-01)
- Enter your Pancard Number and click on the submit button.
- After submitting the details, you need to fill general details like First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Father’s Name, and Mother’s Name.
- In the Username section, you have to enter the 8 digits GREF Number.
- Next, fill up the details like Email I’d, Mobile No., and Password (password should have at least one capital & one small letter, one special character (e.g. @,#,$,%, etc.) and one digit(0-9).
- Next step is to fill up the Address, City, and Pincode.
- And the Last step is to select a security question and give a relevant answer for it (Note that you should remember the security question and answer as well).
- Finally, click on the Sign Up Button.
- After Sign up, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) in your registered mobile number. You have to enter the OTP in the required field and then click on the submit button.
