NDA Answer Key 2023 Paper 1 & 2

Before moving on, let me clear one thing, no website can ever give you a full-proof answer key. But, the one with the most accuracy is by the official website of the conducting authority, i.e. Union Public Service Commission. UPSC releases the NDA answer key exam within 30 days after the exam.

But, 30 days is a long time to wait. Our efforts are to give the most accurate answer key, but for the convenience of our readers, we upload both the NDA answer key i.e, the one that is prepared by our experts, and the one that is released by UPSC. If you don’t succeed in NDA 1 Exam this year, then you must read these 8 Effective Ideas to Crack NDA Written Exam.

When is NDA NA official answer key released?

As mentioned above, the answer key can be released by UPSC at any time within 30 days. But, it takes at least 15 days for them to prepare and release the answer booklet. Apart from UPSC, there are a number of websites on the internet which claim to give cent percent correct answer key.

And often candidates get frustrated while cross-checking their answers with answers given by such websites just because they don’t match (even when you know your answer is right).

Cross-checking is totally fine, but don’t beat yourself for something that isn’t right. Anyway, the following are some points that will help you to figure out your marks more accurately while checking the answer key.

Keep a paper and pen with you while cross-checking the answers. First, note down the number of attempted questions. Then check how many you got right, and how many wrongs. Since there is the provision of negative marking in NDA, therefore, reduce 0.33 marks for every wrong answer.

While calculating total marks, the worst-case senior is to be considered i.e, if you have doubts in some questions, then they should be treated as wrong and hence 0.33 marks should be reduced. You can use the internet to search for the questions and check the answers.

Do not totally rely on the answer keys because sometimes even the official websites do not provide the accurate answer key. So, nothing can be sure until the result is out and your name is there in the list of selected candidates.

NDA 2 Answer Key 2023 – Result And After

It takes about 3 months for the declaration of the NDA result. The list of those who get selected for the SSB is declared. After this, the SSB centers are allotted to all the aspirants as per priority (army, navy, air force). The selected candidates are offered call letters in which all the details like reporting day and time, instructions, name, and address of the SSB center are given.

Depending on the batch for which a particular candidate is selected, the time period of getting the call letter may wary. For some, the call letter may arrive within 10 to 12 days, while for some it may take even 1 or 2 months. Candidates should not panic, as it is a normal process. If your name is there on the list, then, sooner or later you will receive your call letter.

But, if it takes more than 2 months, then contact the authorities.

 NDA Answer Key 2023 FAQ

Where to get the NDA answer key with the complete solution?

Since the written exam of NDA is objective type, therefore, only the correct options are given in the answer key. And almost every website follows this very pattern. You need to be specific with your search, i.e instead of writing “NDA answer key” in the search engines, write “NDA -year of exam- solved paper”. This will make your search more specific.

Though, searching for the complete solution right after the exam will rarely ripe any result, because it takes time to solve the paper and upload it for even the most reputed websites. So, you may have to wait for that.

Does the official website provide solved papers?

No, the official website only uploads the question papers and not their answers. You will have to get them from non-official websites. Most of the website that offers the solution, usually charge for them.

Can I apply for Rechecking in NDA? or, is re-checking allowed in NDA?

No, rechecking in NDA or in any other defense exam like CDS, AFCAT, etc. is not allowed. The OMR sheet once checked will not be checked again whatsoever. One has to wait for the next opportunity and try to do better in it.

Do OMR sheet with wrong or no roll no. checked? if no, then what should be done to correct it?

The OMR sheets are checked by machines, so if you enter a wrong or no roll. no. in the sheet, then it will be rejected by the machine. And there is no manual process to check the answer sheet, so your OMR sheet is definite to be rejected if there is any such error.

Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this mistake. And these silly mistakes are unexpected from the people who are giving such prestigious exams.

What will happen if two bubbles for one question are filled? will it be checked?

No, if there are two answers for one question, then that question will not be checked even if one of the answers is right. And no marks will be awarded for that question, however, no penalty or negative marking will be done either.

I have used a blue pen instead of black in the OMR sheet, will it be rejected?

Not if you have darkened the answer bubbles enough. The machine that checks the OMR sheet is programmed to detect the ink above a certain intensity, and that is why candidates are advised to use the black pen instead of blue. Most of the chances are that your sheet will be evaluated.

How do I stop being scared of checking the answer key?

I have come across many aspirants who find it difficult to check out their answer key by themselves. It happens with most people, it’s very frightening to check the answers. With every correct answer, the heartbeat pounds a little more.

To avoid this, you can give your question paper and answer key to your sibling or your friend and let them evaluate the marks. Whether you’ll get a better percentage than your expectation or a worse, you will know it eventually, so why not do it sooner, than putting it on tomorrow. Have faith in yourself, if you have worked hard then no need to worry, and if not, then why be scared when you know your efforts were not worth it.

These are some of the main questions that people search for, but if you still have anything to ask, then let us know by commenting.

The only condition is that if you are looking forward to join Navy or Airforce through NDA then you must have studies Maths and Physics in 11th and 12th. But for Indian army there is no such criteria.

  5. Hello mam. Mai army join krna chahti hu. Uske liye mujhe kya kya krna hoga. Phele hamse kya karwaya jata h or exam me kis type ka question ateh hai. Taraining me kya kya hota hai. Please mujhe detail me btaye.

    1. Hi Jyoti.
It is really impressive that you look forward to join India army. For girls the best way to join army is through CDS(combined defence services) exam. But only graduates can apply for CDS exam so firs you will have to completed your graduation and then you can look forward to join Indian army as officer. CDS (combined defense services) is a written exam conducted twice every year by UPSC. It is meant to select officers for Army, Navy and Air Force. Men and women both can apply for CDSE and the best part is about CDSE is that there is no percentage bar for it. While men can apply for Army (IMA and OTA) Navy (INA) and Air Force (AFA), women can only apply for Army (OTA). The age limit is different for Indian army, Navy and Air Force. So I would recommend you to focus on completing your graduation at present. You will have to clear the written exam first and then 5 days of SSB in including interview. Once you clear all the stages you will be selected.
